El ordenes el siguiente:

Ouverture des centres: aquí dice cuándo abren cada centro y dónde
Montée en charge du taux d'utilisation: Centre de XXXX - Année 1: 45% ; ***Vitesse de croisière***: 60%
Autres hypothèses: taux de couverture... charges IT... chasrges de marketing...

Si l'expression "vitesse de croisière"est très illustrée en français malheureusement traduite littéralement dans ce contexte elle n'a pas de sens.
Dans le contexte de la clinique, on entend par là le rendement constant de la clinique, le "taux d'utilisation" c'est-à-dire le nombre de visites ou de patients.
Peut-être pouvez-vous demander à votre client de plus amples informations.
