Les éléments de benchmark recueillis montrent que de nombreux projets DMP sont aujourd’hui lancés dans
le monde, tous fortement liés au contexte local. En France, le DMP vient ajouter une dimension
structurante à un système de santé disposant déjà d’un niveau d’informatisation et de pratique des
nouvelles technologies par le monde de la santé : cartes Sésam-VITALE et CPS, échanges informatisés avec
la sécurité sociale, expériences d’informatisation de réseaux conduites depuis 10 ans avec le FAQSV… A
l’étranger, le projet s’inscrit souvent dans une logique de réforme globale du système de santé.
Dés lors, il n’est pas surprenant d’envisager en France un projet plus court, au périmètre maîtrisé et moins
coûteux, même si les ambitions en terme de potentiel de gains sont similaires aux initiatives étrangères
(Australie, Allemagne,…). |
