Comunidad de entrada controlada Explanation: Un 'gated community' es uno que se encuentra dentro de muros, verjas, cercas, y la entrada a la comunidad es estrictamente controlada, normalmente por un guarda (o barreras donde uno no pasa sin un clave, tarjeta, etc. de seguridad) en su unica entrada. Uno no entra si no vive alli o no tiene permiso de visitar. Simplemente decir que es un COMPLEJO DE VIVIENDAS no transmite esa idea. COMPLEJO podria referir a un edificio de apartamentos pero, que yo sepa, GATED COMMUNITIES son siempre compuestas de casas o viviendas similares. |
