En frances "pisteur" normalmente implica ser "secouriste pisteur". Depende del español que quieras utilizar te doy dos opciones. La primera es muy utilizada en Argentina (ref. 2)y supongo un calco del frances, la segunda es la utilizada en España(ref 2).
