Estoy traduciendo un texto de francés sobre Windsurf y habla de las partes de un pack para este deporte: tabla, vela, mástil..y "rallonge avec embase". Por lo que he buscado, rallonge es el alargador que sirve para adaptar la longitud del mástil. Pero qué es "avec embase"??

No soy experta en el tema, pero pienso que se trata de una base. En el enlace que te mando aparece una base de mástil como parte de un equipo de windsurf.
