Le premier gratifié ne peut ni donner, ni léguer, ni vendre le bien donné. Le dernier bénéficiaire a ainsi la certitude de le recevoir, au plus tard au décès du premier gratifié. La donation graduelle est souvent utilisée pour conserver un bien de famille ou empêcher un héritier direct de dilapider le patrimoine reçu et protéger ainsi la génération suivante. |
