(Is there) anyone from Kilmarnock?

This isn't Scottish Gaelic but rather a phonetic rendition of urban Scots!
It literally translates as "Anybody from Killie?", "Killie" being a local abbreviation for the Ayrshire town in question. It's also the normal abbreviation for the Scottish Premier League (football) team from that town. "fae" is a variant on standard Scots "frae" = "from".
