Explanation:
In Georgia (if I got your questions right), any head wound whether an open flesh wound or just a slight skin damage is referred to as the 'თავის გატეხვა'. However, that is right for an informal conversation. As for a formal reference, the 'თავის გატეხვა' means an open penetrated wound i.e. a fracture of cranium.
