Bruchbildung ist ein Beispiel für Flockulation Explanation: Ich bin kein Experte, aber so wie ich das verstehe ist ein allgemeiner Begriff der jede art von Flockenbildung beschreibt Flockulation, während Bruchbildung ein spezieller Begriff für die Bildung des Hopfenbruches bei der Bierherstellung ist.
