quota litis Explanation: Es handelt sich dabei um das Prinzip der “Quota litis”( “Streitanteilsvergütung”). Der Begriff bezeichnet das "Ansichlösen" einer Streitsache durch den Anwalt. Anders ausgedrückt: das Vermögen des Vertretenen geht auf den Vertreter über. Solche Vereinbarungen sind rechtlich unzulässig. “Der Rechtsanwalt darf eine Streitsache nicht „an sich lösen“. „An sich lösen“ würde bedeuten, dass der Rechtsanwalt zum Beispiel eine Forderung um einen Teil ihres Nominales erwirbt, um sie geltend zu machen, und den erzielten Mehrerlös zu vereinnahmen.
