这是Handelsregister Graubünden 格劳宾登州工商登记证明中公司相关人员的签字权之一。这类瑞士工商登记证明的英法意德版本都做过很多，所以我知道它的意思，我经常翻译成“两人共同受托签字权”，总觉得没把意思表达好。
