Begriff aus einem schweizerischen Handelsregisterauszug; nach meiner Recherche handelt es sich um sowas wie Aktien ohne Stimmrecht; kann mir jemand mit der Übersetzung helfen? (Ich habe bereits selber gestrickt: 参与票, aber keine Belege dafür gefunden.

这个词中文没有固定的译法，网上有译作“合伙证券”的，个人认为”参与证券“也很贴切。
