-> Danke. 就语言层面来说，Absatz是“段”的意思，但是从德国的法条文本组织方式来看，称为“项”也未尝不可。典型的法条文本组织如： http://dejure.org/gesetze/UWG/4.html 这里的 § 4 Abs. 9 指的并非"Waren oder Dienstleistungen anbietet,...,wenn er"这一段而已，底下的 a), b) 和 c) 都包括。//我一直也认为Absatz是“段”的意思，但后来读多了法律条文，发现不能以“段”来看待。这也是学习过程。
