German to Chinese translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / Geburtshilfe | | German term or phrase: sekundäre Sektio | In der Aufenthaltsbestätigung eines Krankenhauses steht folgende Diagnose:
"Geburt durch Schnittentbindung bei Gefahrenzustand für Mutter und Kind, Sekundäre Sektio."
Das Vordere ist OK, aber der letztere Begriff?? Bitte Hilfe!
Zur Bedeutung des Begriffs schreibt Wiki:
"Von einem sekundären Kaiserschnitt spricht man, wenn die Geburt bereits begonnen hat, das heißt wenn die Fruchtblase gesprungen ist oder es zu muttermundswirksamen Wehen kommt, unabhängig vom Schwangerschaftsalter und davon, ob man die Geburt noch aufhalten will, zum Beispiel um eine zu frühe Frühgeburt zu vermeiden." |

剖腹产分为两种：临时剖腹产和计划剖腹产，德语叫Primärer und sekundärer Kaiserschnitt。前者是事先计划好的，后者是在分娩过程中为保证母婴的安全临时决定的。sekundär此处是次选的意思，因为本来计划的是自然分娩。
