To je brtvenica sa duplim prstenastim brtvama. Drugi naziv za prstenastu brtvu je semering.
Na zalost trenutno ne mogu naci adekvatan primjer na netu, ali mi je taj termin poznat iz brodogradnje u brodogradilistu, gdje sam radila 8 godina. Engleski termin je "gland packing" ili "stuffing box". Eng. - hrvtaski prevod za taj termin postoji i rjecniku za brodogradnju Ljerke Bartolic.
