ubrizgivač goriva (ili ubrizgavač? )
(uglavnom je automatski), ima vlastitu diznu koja dovodi dopunsko gorivo u slučaju prekomjernog dotoka svježeg zraka. Posjeduju ga prvenstveno aviomotori, ali i sasvim prosti četverotaktni motori. Svrha: ne dozvoljava gašenje motora.
"Choke" je nezavistan sistem i brine se samo o dotoku količine svježeg vazduha, kako bi se pravila optimalna smješa za sagorjevanje. Postoji automatski, poluautomatski i "ručni" .
