Po ovome što sam ja vidjela na netu radi se o novom proizvodu koji je u obliku ribe, koji se otvara, u koji se stavlja riba, zatim se zatvori i u tome se na roštiljskom uglju peče riba.

Hrvatski enciklopedijski rječnik ne poznaje riječ 'pekač'. Dakle ništa od toga. Možda da ipak probaš opisno, 'držač za pečenje ribe na roštilju'?
