Volgens mij gaat het in dit geval om het eerder aanschaffen van producten, bijv. omdat de verwachting is dat producten duurder worden in de toekomst (vanwege een BTW-verhoging / afschaffing van een sloopregeling). Waarom dit in Nederland eind 2008 gebeurde is me niet duidelijk.
