Amtsgericht/Rechtbank


Explanation:
Normaal betekent het kantongerecht/rechbank van eerste aanleg. Maar bij dit soort zaken wordt in Nederland vaak verwezen naar de arrondissementsrechtbank. Ik zou het niet vertalen (want er is geen echt equivalent in Nederland) en als je het toch wilt vertalen dan met rechtbank.

Ik zou het op die manier doen, met "Amtsgericht" ter verduidelijking erachter.
