Explanation:
Ik denk dat het te maken heeft met het rijtijdenbesluit. Er is een regelgeving voor de chauffeur hoeveel hij mag rijden en moet rusten.
Uit de context kan ik niet opmaken of het over de tachograafschijf gaat. Op deze schijf worden dit soort gegevens (maar ook snelheid) bijgehouden.
