Volgens mij zit er een foutje in de brontekst en moet daar "ausgesetzt bis" staan. Dan zou dat vertaald kunnen worden met "opgeschort tot". Het recht om deel te nemen wordt opgeschort tot een gevolmachtigde is gekozen. |
