agree  Harry Borsje: bij een cosmetische spiegel denk ik eerder aan een verkleinende c.q. slank afkledende spiegel; ik ken wel scheerspiegels (uit eigen ervaring) en opmaakspiegels (weleens zien gebruiken)

  -> zo'n cosmetische spiegel zit meestal aan de zijkant van de wastafelspiegel en heeft twee kanten, een verkleinende en een vergrotende kant. Kan dienen om je op te maken of je pukkels te bekijken. Ik schrik altijd als ik erin kijk.
