German to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Accounting / Jahresbericht | | German term or phrase: Fluktuationsschwankungen | Ohne die Fluktuationsschwankungen ergeben sich zum Bilanzstichtag aus den am 6. Oct 2005 von den Programmteilnehmern erworbenen Aktien insgesamt 2.XXX.XXX Phantom Stocks bis zum Ende der Programmlaufzeit.
Is this simply 'fluctuations'? I confess I'm lost in this sentence. I don't see how 'Ende der Programmlaufzeit' fits in with 'zum Bilanzstichtag'. This job is making me feel like a rookie. Help! |

| | fluctuations | Explanation: A first stab at the sentence- not very good, but it should point you in the right direction:
Without fluctuations, a total of XXXXXXX phantom stocks result as of the end of the program on the balance sheet date stemming from the shares acquired by the program's participants on Oct 6, 2005. |
