Nach IAS 17.38 (revised 2003) sind die direkten Vertragsanbahnungs- und -abschlusskosten über die Vertragslaufzeit zu verteilen. Die bei Abschluss eines Leasingvertrages angefallenen direkt zurechenbaren Kosten werden in der Periode in der sie entstanden sind, den Leasingforderungen zugerechnet. Dies führt zu Umgliederungen in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung. Die direkt zurechenbaren Kosten (IDC) in Höhe von 15.006T€ werden in den Umsatzerlösen sowie in gleicher Höhe als korrespondierende „Aufwendungen aus Leasing“ abgebildet. Die Verringerung des Personalaufwands in Höhe von 9.509T€ und der „sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen“ in Höhe von 5.497T€ sind ebenso auf die vom IAS 17 geforderte veränderte Darstellung der IDC zurückzuführen. Die aufwandswirksame AUFLÖSUNG der direkt zurechenbaren Kosten wird in den „Zinsen und ähnlichen Erträgen“ verrechnet und führt somit zu einer konstanten periodischen Verzinsung des Leasingverhältnisses. |

They appear to be somewhat tardy in applying the revised IAS 17....
Previously, these initial direct costs (IDCs) were expensed as incurred, but the 2003 revision introduced and defined the concept of IDCs and prescribed a different accounting treatment (see IAS 17IN.10-12 and of course IAS 17.38 itself), so IDCs are now recognised over the lease term, resulting in the accounting modifications explained in your text. Not a very transparent piece of German, though. |
