agree  Steffen Walter: An Objektgesellschaft is very often the equivalent of a special-purpose vehicle/entity. // Very true, too - asker needs to check with client what type of Objekt(gesellschaft) is meant here.

  -> You're absolutely right, but it's not stated specifically here. Objektgeselleschaft is often used in real estate just to mean a company that develops/owns a specific property. And of course an SPE/SPV is not necessarily a subsidiary...
