Der früher üblichen differenzierten Behandlung dergestalt, dass spezielle Risiken und Chancen bei der Planung der Erfolge berücksichtigt und allgemeine Risiken in den Kapitalisierungszinssatz einbezogen wurden, sind wir nicht gefolgt, da die Risikodimension nicht in ökonomisch begründeter Weise quantitativ in spezielle und allgemeine Risiken zerlegt werden kann (cf. MAUL, DB 1992, p. 1258; BAETGE/KRAUSE, BFuP 1994, p. 435; SIEPE, WPg 1998, p. 327; WP-Handbuch 1998, Band II A 186; IDW S 1, Tz. 96).
I've never come across the abbreviation BFuP before - anyone know this?
