From a manufacturer's management report. I'm guessing something link Anlage(n)(vermögen)haltungskosten. The subsequent text details expansion of office space, EDP equipment and other fixed assets.

Agree with the suggestion above, but...


Explanation:
since a translation was requested: "Cost of Purchase and/or Manufacturing" I would translate it. "Or", in English, IMO, works better.
