In other words, someone raises his stake in the co. by injecting money, for which the co. issues stock. The added liquidity lowers the losses, which are 'charged back' because of the increased capital base. That's an explanation from the US perspective. In practice, one would say 'Increase in holdings' or 'raise in ownership', for which you of course have to pony up "Einzahlungen" |
