I can't put my finger on which translation of Verrechnung fits here. Help appreciated.

  -> The allocation of overhead to subsidiaries, for example. Unfortunately the context does not tell us what the "Verrechnung" applies to in this case.
agree  Michele Gile: SAP uses this wording. The cost module and some would say Soll = Ist verrechnung allocating target costs as actual cost. Verrechnungskostenart = allocation cost element
