Arbeitsmittel untersagt ist. Eine geringfügige und fallweise Nutzung ist jedoch erlaubt.
Dies gilt sowohl für Telefondienste als auch für Blackberry-Zusatzdienste und Datenkarten/USBModems (E-mail, Internet, Navigationssystem). Eine solche geringfügige und fallweise Nutzung wird auch von den den Finanzbehörden toleriert, deshalb wird auf die ???Verrechnung eines Sachbezuges??? verzichtet. Für eine allfällige Kontrolle ist die Einsicht in die Teilnehmerliste des Mobiltelefonbetreibers notwendig. Durch diese Einsicht kann im Bedarfsfall festgestellt werden, ob eine private Nutzung über die Geringfügigkeitsgrenze hinaus bestanden hat. Allfällige Nachversteuerungen sind vom Arbeitnehmer zu tragen.
