German term or phrase: WinGF

I am translating a financial statement about income taxes, etc., and there is this 'WinGF' at the bottom of every statement page. On some of the pages, 'WinGF' is followed by a number, like '60,734' or just by a '*'.
The statement looks like it has been faxed, and so I was wondering if this 'WinGF' actually means something ...

According to this link, "GF" stands for "Gesamtfestsetzung" (which I take to mean "assessment of total income tax").
