English translation:measurement of receivables
Explanation:
Since this is under operating income, i.e. an accounting item, I would use "measurement" as a translation of "Bewertung", and "receivables" as a translation of "Forderung".

Here is a German webpage that discusses the "Bewertung von Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen":
http://www.rechnungswesen-portal.de/Fachinfo/Umlaufvermoegen...

Here is an English webpage that deals with IAS 39 (Financial instruments: recognition and measurement). The measurement of receivables is mentioned partway down the page:

Credit Assessment

Explanation:
The text to be translated is sadly without a 'necessary' context, and though I'm sure in corporate business dealings 'receivables' is the term used for Forderung(en) - the smaller the entity to which this term is aimed, i.e. individual customer sat at home, would mean that the terminology/register would change.

Credit is normally translated as Kredit - but in the case of it being nominated as in the sense of debt, the term changes to that of being a receivable. A bit like owing money on a credit card statement, and the bank writing to ask the customer which other debts they may have open elsewhere. The term would be used by businesses for individual bad debt situations, as in a insolvency of an individual (Privatperson).

I know I could be completely off-track here.

I'd agree with the other translations if the context could be proven as being corporate business.
