German term or phrase: Gestionsgebühren

The text is in the Notes to the Balance Sheet for an industrial manufacturer, specifically "Forderungen gegen verbunden Unternehmen"

Forderungen aus dem Cash-Pooling und aus der Verrechnung eines Vorsteuerüberhanges wurden mit Verbindlichkeiten aus der Gewinnabführung und den _Gestionsgebühren_ saldiert. Daneben resultieren T€ xxx aus Lieferungen und Leistungen.

Unfortunately, I don't have more context. The few hits on "Gestion" refer to management charges (or fees, I suppose), but is that really what's meant?
