This is the slogan of an international marketing conference staged by company XXX. They are the world market leader in a particular branch of the construction equipment industry, and the slogan is designed to motivate employees, dealers, agents, etc. by saying, "Wir sind ganz VORNE (oder ganz OBEN), und da wollen wir auch bleiben, und deshalb müssen wir was dafür tun".
