Bei Konkurs wird der Gesamtbetrag für noch abzunehmende Anzeigen auch im Falle des § 17 Abs. 1 KO sofort fällig. Jedenfalls fällt auch jeglicher bewilligte
Nachlass bei Konkurs, Zwangsvergleich oder im Falle einer Klage weg.
18. Der Verlag liefert mit der Rechnung auf Wunsch einen Anzeigenausschnitt. Wenn Art und Umfang des Anzeigenauftrages es rechtfertigen, werden bis
zu zwei Kopfbelege oder vollständige Belegnummern geliefert. Kann ein Beleg nicht mehr beschafft werden, so tritt an seine Stelle eine rechtsverbindliche Aufnahmebescheinigung des Verlages.
19. Kosten für erhebliche Änderungen ursprünglich vereinbarter Ausführungen und für Lieferung bestellter Lithos und Zeichnungen hat der Auftraggeber zu
bezahlen.
