Diplomatiefrage.

at beginning level

Explanation:
I was thinking "recent graduate" and then saw this:

In keeping with this policy the use of "recent Ph.D." in APA advertising is not allowed on the basis that it is potentially age-discriminatory (see U.S. Department of Labor prohibition on use of "recent graduate"). The term "beginning level salary" may be used.
www.apa.org/ads/guide.html

Although I still prefer "recent graduate"...
Someone could be switching careers in their mid-40s and be at a beginning or junior level, but chances are pretty good that a recent graduate would be a younger person.

neutral  Ian M-H: Asker tells us that "entry level" wouldn't work, which makes sense given the post-qualification experience the employer is asking for. Why do you think "beginning level" would be better?

Jr. Tax advisor

Jr. Tax advisor would be the description for the level your are describing

Junior Tax Advisor - Junior Accountant

It appears that the employer is seeking someone that has less experience than a senior. In the US this term Junior or even "Staff" is a common term in the accounting industry. It defines the experience level of the individual and is certainly not in reference to their age - especially since the position is sourced in the US, any corporate body doing business in the US is aware of the discrimination laws. I believe that the "juengere(r)" term was used due to a lack of vocabulary and to give a better understanding of the level of experience that was/is sought.

You may also use the term "entry level" Tax advisor to describe the position. The context you have given however, best describes "juengere(n)" as junior.
