Heading of an advertising campaign:
"Die Gesundheitskampagne mit Biß".
I can't get my teeth around (no pun intended) the sense of "Biß": does "with bite" really convey the meaning properly?

With bite might also work, depends whether you're talking about a campaign for false teeth or not (-:

Just had another thought (ouch!) - and if you want to keep the \'bite\' thing, you could go with \'with added bite\'!

I think I'll go for "packs a punch". As teeth - false or otherwise - aren't specifically mentioned in the campaign, this sounds quite suitable, otherwise "with bite" would clearly have been the obvious choice!
