Marketing - Advertising / Public Relations / Outdoor advertising | | German term or phrase: Aktualitätsgründe | Liebe KollegInnen,
aus den AGBs einer Firma, die Außenwerbung anbietet. Unter anderem betreibt diese Firma "Info-Screens" in Einkaufszentren, auf denen Werbung gezeigt werden kann - also so etwas wie ein Werbeprogramm, das im Einkaufzentrum auf mehreren Bildschirmen gezeigt wird.
Mit "Aktualitätsgründe" ist gemeint, dass die Werbesendungen bestimmter Firmen "tagesaktuell" sein können und deshalb zu dem Zeitpunkt gesendet werden müssen, an dem sie interessant sind.
Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich? Danke im Voraus!

Auch bei vereinbarten Schaltzeiten ist [Firma] z. B. aus *Aktualitätsgründen* bestimmter Sendungen berechtigt, Veränderungen der Sendezeit vorzunehmen. |

This would primarily mean company/product-related info, but I suppose it could also include external events ...
