German term or phrase: erfolgreich kommunale Wege gehen
This is the "title" of a brochure on waste management to be published by a local (and district-owned) waste management company.

What they mean to say (and describe in the brochure) is that they do it all themselves (i.e. collection, transport, disposal, etc.) instead of contracting some or all of the work to external service providers.

Any neat ideas anybody? Thanks a lot in advance for your inspiring ideas.
