"Zusätzliches Logofeld (nur bei Auslandsanzeigen)

"Bei X-Tochterfirmen nur zusätzliches Firmenlogo mit Übernahme des Adressblocks der Mutterfirma; bei anderen Vertriebsfirmen deren Firmenlogo sowie Austausch des X-Adressblocks gegen den eigenen"

I don't understand the meaning of "Übernahme" here. None of the usual meanings of the word seem to fit. My best guess is "adopt", but I'm far from sure about it. TIA for your help. This is quite urgent, so a response ASAP would be greatly appreciated.
