"Die Bodensee Agenda 21 greift Themen auf wie „Jugend und Politik“, „Nachhaltige Gemeinde- und Regionalentwicklung“, „Lebensqualität und Nahversorgung“, „Nachhaltiges Wirtschaften“ oder **„Lebensräume-Lebensträume“**.

I like it actually better the other way round, i.e. "lifelong dream[s] - living space[s].
