Thank you Alison - on my search I had also found 'leader corner' but as I said I just wasn't/am not sure as to which, if at all, professional term fits.
... (50x50x100) it seems to be a triangle format (50mm at the top (or bottom) right of the page, 50 mm along the side and a 100mm diagonal). A bit like a "Griffecke". You see things like "page turner", but if I was doing this, I'd use an explanatory term like "title page corner triangle (ad)".
