Hard to see how to translate this literally and still keep it snappy enough for advertising material. I suggest you put your advertising copywriter hat on and hope your customer doesn't second guess your "translation". If they do, then it might or might not be worthwhile to educate them on the perils of translating advertising materials. Something like "Europe's favourite forum to discuss the latest developments ..."
