I am looking for an alternative translation for "Ansprechpartner" besides "Contact" or "Contact person." The context is a company presenting itself as being available to its customers for dialog - "[Company X] ist Ansprechpartner und Vermittler"

Explanation:
If you want something a bit friendlier and personal with a "common touch" (which is certainly the trend in English speaking countries), what about:

Company XX is your official go-between.
Company XX is your official open-ear.

In this sense the word "your" becomes very important, and "official" is just the reminder that this is a serious business despite the friendly, slightly offhand style.

Never mind about 1an- in this capacity it\'s their job to be friendly (even if it kills them)- that\'s why \"official\".

What about leaving the verb out:

Company XX- your official go-between.
Company XX- the factors for detractors.
Company XX- the saints for your complaints.

Yawn.

I would say "first port of call", i.e. simply contact us and we'll take care of the rest. This is a common expression and is used by a lot of companies, as in the following example:
