Bogenteilung
Aus produktionstechnischen Gründen wird bei allen Aussenwerbungsmedien, die Klebeanbringung voraussetzen und die größer als 2/1-Bogen sind, in mehreren Teilen gedruckt und geklebt. Die einzelnen Plakatteile, auch Druckbogen genannt, müssen immer in der Reihenfolge ihrer Klebung nummeriert werden. Durch die einzelnen Druckbögen entstehen Teilungsnähte, die bei der Gestaltung berücksichtigt werden müssen. Die Produktion von 4/1-, 6/1- oder 8/1-Bogen erfolgt in zwei, drei oder vier Teilen. 18/1-Plakate werden i.d.R. entweder in der 8er-Teilung (acht gleich große Bögen mit drei vertikalen und einem horizontalen Teilungsschnitt) oder in der 9er-Teilung (neun gleich große Bögen mit zwei vertikalen und zwei horizontalen Teilungsschnitten) produziert, wobei heute auch 6er- und 4er-Teilung zu realisieren sind.

... because usage appears to differ. One of the one hand, it sounds like "allotment":

But this is generally used to refer to the number of posters in the overall campaign within a certain geographic area. At the same time, the word "panel" is used to mean part of a poster/billboard/hoarding as well as the complete poster.
On the other hand, the "Bogen" is a sheet, and one of the most common forms of posters is the "24-sheet poster" (in other words, the poster/billboard is made up of 24 individual sheets pasted in place in the right sequence). It sounds to me as if this is about an 18-sheet poster. If you look at the rate cards/price lists of poster ad providers, they list the formats as "4-sheet, 12-sheet, 24-sheet" etc., and I'm pretty sure this is what they're talking about.
If you look at http://www.wassenaar-visual.de/sites0102/milkmat2.html, for example, they have a "GF-Plakat 18/1" (GF stands for Grossformat).
But I must admit I don't understand the whole phrase ("RZ (Reinzeichnung) 18/1 mit Bogenteilung") or why the "Bogenteilung" is out on a limb at the end. Is there anything after "Bogenteilung".
