German term or phrase: Änderungen und Irrtümer vorbehalten
Na, so einfach und doch so schwer. I can't find the 'official' phrase for this in English - only fairly clumsy attempts at translation on mostly German (and some Danish) websites. What do the Brits write in this case? (It's a brochure I'm doing, by the way).

A usual trade phrase is E.&O.E. (errors and omissions excepted). I would keep this one in the same style.

Normally one would translate Änderungen vorbehalten = subject to change without notice but in this context I would rather use modifications

neutral  Klaus Herrmann: subject to errors without notice implies that these errors are known, doesn't it? // You'd still have to turn it around though: subject to errors and modifications without notice. And I notice an slight American drawl in your second example:-)
