To my knowledge, foil windows are "real" windows (in a house etc.). Can this term also be used in my context?

Sorry, Edith, but i think it was *Faltkarte* in the question, not *Faltkarton*. I belive there is a difference. And *Faltkarte* can be used neither for building houses, nor packaging. It has a bit different purpose.

Card folder with plastic label pocket


Explanation:
Difficult without more context. If it is a folder made of card with a small plastic pocket in which to insert a label, then the above term would be my translation. If you mean something that stands like an "A" frame and one side has a plastice cover then I would use Display card with plastic pocket.
