German term or phrase: Dachzeile

From a text for a voiceover; a line of text at the top is called the Dachzeile, followed by the Hauptzeile. I found the following def. of Dachzeile:
"Eine in Printmedien oberhalb der Hauptzeile angeordnete Zusatzzeile."
-- but I don't know what it is called in English. Also, is the Hauptzeile the same thing as a Schlagzeile?
