English translation:Facilities offered for returning...
Explanation:
1st. generation (viz. obsolete) spares and tools.

I think you are on track, and I'd word it like this (it does look a bit like a paragraph heading - is it?)

I guess this would be the best solution if indeed it is Rücklauf instead of Rückkauf.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. Then again, I just discovered a somewhat similar term "Angebot für Rückkauf" in another questionnaire of the same kind filled in by another person, so it may (just possibly) be a typo of Rückkaufangebot.

Asker: Mind you, if it is Rückkaufangebot, would that be a "buyback offer" or a "repurchase offer"? Both terms seem to be common in the context of this product: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_qdr=all&q=buyback+helicopters&btnG=Search&lr=lang_en and http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_qdr=all&q=repurchase+helicopters&btnG=Search&lr=lang_en

Asker: No, as mentioned above, it is one of the answers given to a question on a customer feedback questionnaire.

neutral  Ken Cox: given the additional context and the informal nature of the text, perhaps 'offering to take back first-generation parts' or 'offering return credit for first-generation parts'
