electromagnetic stabilisation device

Explanation:
A pure wild guess, based on the idea that the purpose of the trim function is to stablise the attitude of the chopper, and the cycle control is what controls the attitude. The plausiblity of this would IMO increase if the German text is a translation.

Also, 'Magnet' is often used in engineering German to mean 'electromagnet' or solenoid, so the meaning here could well be 'electromagnet' ('electromagnetic' might work here as well, but it normally has a different meaning). This would at least make sense from an engineering perspective.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I'm pretty sure the German text isn't a translation as it originates from an official (govt.) German source, written as a report of a test conducted by named individuals (one of whom presumably wrote the report and all of whose names are distinctly German).

Asker: Thaks, but that page says "Der Text wurde nicht gefunden" when I search for magnetic (or magnet).

agree  Ken Cox: or fixation device if this is patent language (although it's a bit beyond me how this might work...)
